FAQ
1. To register and play any contest with us from May 12, 2008 and on, you will need to create an unique contestant profile for yourself. This profile will collect your personal information and allow you to login to our system, and enter any contests that are available to you. There may be certain entry requirements for each specific Newspaper (Host) contest, so be sure to read the rules and regulations carefully before you enter.
2. Email Address Collection: Each profile will require an unique email address. Each profile will be limited to the number of entries per contest (2 to unlimited) as specified by the Contest Host. For example: Each profile will be allowed to have 2 entries per contest in the Tee Off Fantasy Golf Challenge. Each email address can only be used once in our system, and therefore can not be used for more than One (1) profile. If a single person is playing and registering more than themselves in our system, they will have to have access to other email addresses for the different profiles they set up. The email addresses attached to each profile will be verified at some point during the contest and will be a requirement used in the Prize Award and Verification Process.
3. Once you log into your profile, there will be a menu down the left side of the page that will display the contest(s) you have entered. This menu will also display the entries you have in each contest labled as Entry 1 , Entry 2 or more depending on how many you are allowed to enter. Just click the entry you wish to view/modify/play and this will take you to that entry. No more having to remember specific ID #'s, or logging out to see other contests you are in.
4. Mailed in entries will have access to recover their entries as part of the Recovery Process listed on our site. Using your name, postal code and the 4 digit/letter password you submitted on your entry form, you will be able to recover your entry and set up a profile in our system. All mailed in entries will be processed in a timely manner, and you will have access to recover your entry as soon as the data is in our system. In the case of most contests, we will start to gather this information in the last week of the contest (this is when the Hosts/Newspapers begin to send us these entries). Once the data is recovered it will be verified and added to our online system. The earliest you can expect to access mailed in entries in our system is 7 days following the registration closing date of the contest. For example: Tee Off Golf registration ends May 30th, 2008. The earliest you will see mailed in entries in our system is June 7th, 2008. Therefore mailed in entries will not have access to recover their entry information till that date or later.
5. Extra Trades - Extra trades will be made availbale to select contests we run. Each contest and each host may have specific numbers or availability. Currently, the Tee Off Fantasy Golf Contest will have the availability of 40 additional trades for purchase. They will be availbale after July 18, 2008. Further information on upcoming contests will be posted here as well.
