Rules and Regulations

For Host Specific Rules please review the addendums at the end of this page.

1. Tee-Off Fantasy Golf Challenge is free to enter and open to any resident of Canada (excluding Quebec), except employees of Cornerstone International (Contest Administrator), affiliated contest sponsors, (Contest Host), their assignees, licensees, and members of their immediate families living in the same household. Not all contestants may be eligible for the prize awards. Refer to the posted addendums at the bottom of this list, section 7, or contact the newspaper for prize award eligibility and criteria.

2. All entries must be postmarked and sent to the Contest Host, Cornerstone International or any of the drop off locations, no later than May 30^th, 2008 (postmark date). Mail entries to Tee-Off Fantasy Golf Challenge c/o . No responsibility will be taken if entries or contest related correspondence is lost, damaged, or misdirected in the mail or during processing. Mailed entries with insufficient postage are void. Mailed entries received later than June 3^rd, 2008, are subject to disqualification regardless of postmark date.

3. Only two entries per person. More than two entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. No purchase necessary. Only official entry forms printed by the Contest Host, online entry forms and reasonable hand drawn facsimiles will be accepted. Tee Off Fantasy Golf organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that has been incorrectly completed or illegible to transcribe. All entries received become the property of the contest host. The participant mailing list is occasionally made available to select companies with information on products or services, which may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive the information, please send a request for name removal to: Cornerstone International c/o Golf Marketing name removal P.O. Box 70005, 1-1660 Kenaston Blvd, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3P 0X6. This contest is run under the requirements of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

5. All golfers earnings will be accumulated from the cut off date of May 30^th, 2008. All statistics are compiled by Cornerstone International after each tournament. Statistics are to be considered final from the day they are recovered, regardless of any subsequent changes made by any other reporting organization. The contest statistics are adjusted at the sole discretion of the contest organizer

6. All weekly prize winners must view their name in the weekly update ad published by the newspaper. You must follow the instructions in the newspaper to claim your prize. No listing of weekly prize winners will be available online (internet). In the event of a tie for one of the weekly prizes, the prize will be awarded to the contestant who has the best rank in the contest. If they still remain tied, a random draw will be made to determine the winner of that prize category. In the event of a tie for any of the grand prizes, the contestant with the fewest number of trades performed in the contest, will be ruled the winner. If they still remained tied, a supervised random draw will be performed to determine the winning order. A contestant (Regardless of the number of entries they have in the contest) may only win once in any given prize category (1 Grand Prize Win, and 1 weekly prize in each of the categories). In the event of a repeat winner, the prize will be awarded to the next best ranking contestant in that prize category. Weekly prizes will be awarded starting the week that the first contestant update is published. All prize winners will be required to provide valid identification.

7. All prizes must be accepted as awarded, no substitutes. Each Contest Host may have residency prize claim instructions, but this does not limit you from entering and playing the contest for your enjoyment. By entering this contest you agree to the use of your name, address, photograph, and contest selections for publicity without compensation. Chances of winning are dependent upon skill used in picking your roster of golfers and the total number of entries received. Contest administrators, contest hosts, licensees, licensers and sponsors are not responsible for any injury incurred by a contestant as a result of winning or participating in the contest. For the purpose of awarding prizes, it is the sole responsibility of the contestant to inform the contest administrators at support@cifantasysports.com, by July 5^th, 2008 of any discrepancy with his/her contest golfer roster or if they have not received their entry login information.

8. If a golfer retires, is injured or decides not to play the PGA tour or any tournament, no compensation will be made to anyone who has picked that player.

9. In order to receive the extra services, including the mail out, and internet trading, you must include the appropriate administration fee payable to Cornerstone International, indicate Eagle by checking the appropriate box on the entry form and legibly complete the address section of the entry form including postal code. Your first statement will confirm your team selections, the statistics to date of your team, a description of the trading process, and Login instructions to the Tee Off Golf Service Centre. Please notify Cornerstone International via the service centre (edit my info) or in writing of any changes in address as soon as possible (send to: Tee-Off Fantasy Golf Challenge Re: address change P.O. Box 70005 1-1660 Kenaston Blvd, Winnipeg Manitoba Canada, R3P 0X6.). Contestants who properly request the extra services but have not received their first report by July 5^th, 2008, must inform Cornerstone International by July 8^th, 2008, if a replacement copy needs to be mailed/emailed to them. It is the contestants sole responsibility to notify Cornerstone International if they have not received their information by mail or email, and will surrender their right to refund if they have not notified Cornerstone International by July 8th, 2008. Misdirected, and filtered email confirmations from Cornerstone that do not reach contestants are the sole responsibility of the contestant. Cornerstone takes no responsibility for missed or missing emails or mail, and will consider them delivered upon sending from our organization. If any entrant properly requests and pays for the extra services and is disqualified for any reason, they will receive a full refund of their service package fee by cheque if it was a mailed in entry, and by Paypal if it was an online entry.

10. The extra services are optional and are not a requirement of entry. A computer with internet access is required to use the Tee-Off Fantasy Golf Service Centre. The service centre will grant access to all paid service package holders, and all holders will have access to purchase additional trades (to a limited number as identified in the purchase window or the service centre), as the contest progresses.
 
11. Extra Services (Eagle Service Package) payment schedule. We will be accepting the orginal fee of $12.95 for each eagle service package till June 16th, 2008. From June 17th, to Midnight June 30th 2008, the Service package fee for all unpaid orginal packages will be increased to $34.95/each. This applies to all new service package selections and all unpaid service package selection between June 17 and June 30. After June 30th, 2008, all service package entries that remain unpaid will be removed for the duration of the contest. 

12. Golfer Trading Begins at 12 Noon Pacific Standard Time (PST) June 26, 2008. Trades made up to and including midnight (24:00:00 hrs) PST Wednesdays will be active for that weeks tournament. All Trades made after Midnight on Wednesdays (00:00:01) PST will be activated for the following weeks tournament. Internet trades will be time stamped by the online database and will be active according to these rules. Any interpretation or assigning of time stamp authorization will be under the sole discretion of Cornerstone International, and can be done with or with out the notification of the contestant or contest host. Trading of Golfers continues till the end of the contest. There is no end date.

13. The decisions of the contest administrator (Cornerstone International) will be final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfilment. Cornerstone reserves the right to change or modify the rules and regulations or any other procedure or application during the course of the contest, with or without the notification to the contestants, contests host or sponsors.

14. By entering this contest you acknowledge acceptance of all contest rules and regulations, and agree to be bound by them.

This contest is owned and operated by Cornerstone International and operates independent of their contest hosts. Any comments, concerns or questions regarding entry, rankings, reporting, statistics, and award criteria of Weekly and Grand Prize winners should be directed to Cornerstone International for clarification at the email address of support@cifantasysports.com

It may be on their website, it may be in the call for entry ad, it may be in the weekly update ad, or it may be available at the front desk of their offices for your inquiry.


St. John's Telegram Addendum

Mailed entries received later than June 3^rd, 2008, are subject to disqualification regardless of postmark date.

Only contestants holding a valid address inside the province of Newfoundland and Labrador will be eligible to win any Weekly or Grand Prizes. If you play the contest and do not meet these prize eligibility considerations, you will not be entitled to a prize award and void any claim(s) to such prize(s). By entering this contest you agree to the use of your name, address, photograph, and contest selections for publicity without compensation. Chances of winning are dependent upon skill used in picking your roster of golfers and the total number of entries received.
