With the new site you will notice we have certain changes that will help enhance your experience now and into the future. Please use the information below to help you navigate how to use the site or questions you may have of the current set up. FAQ

1. To register and play any contest with us you will need to create an unique contestant profile for yourself (NEW Contestants only). This profile will collect your personal information and allow you to log into our system, and enter any contests that you qualify for. There may be certain entry requirements for each specific Host (Newspaper, Corporation or CI Fantasy Sports) contest, so be sure to read the rules and regulations carefully before you enter any of our contests.

2. Profile Creation and Email Address Collection: Each profile will require a valid email address. Each profile will be limited to the number of entries per contest (2 to unlimited) as specified by the Contest Host. For example: Each profile will be allowed to have 2 entries per contest in the Tee Off Fantasy Golf Challenge. Each email address can  be used as many times as you wish for the profile registration process. each profile will be asked to create a unique username that you will use for your login credentials. This must be unique and is only allowed once in our system. If you choose a username that is currently active in our system, you will be asked to change it. We will not offer solutions or suggestions of username.

3. Once you log into your profile, further menu's will be accessible that will display all your entries " MY Entries", and the contest entry section "Register NOW". These areas of our website give you the access you need to register, and track and follow all your entries in each and every contest we are currently running.

4. Mailed in entries will have access to recover their entries as part of the Recovery Process listed on our site. Using your name, postal code and the 4 digit/letter password you submitted on your entry form, you will be able to recover your entry and set up a profile in our system. All mailed in entries will be processed in a timely manner, and you will have access to recover your entry as soon as the data is in our system. In the case of most contests, we will start to gather this information in the last week of the contest (this is when the Hosts/Newspapers begin to send us these entries). Once the data is recovered it will be verified and added to our online system. The earliest you can expect to access mailed in entries in our system is 7 days following the registration closing date of the contest. For example: Tee Off Golf registration ends May 30th, 2008. The earliest you will see mailed in entries in our system is June 7th, 2008. Therefore mailed in entries will not have access to recover their entry information till that date or later.

5. Extra Trades - Extra trades will be made available to select contests we run. Each contest and each host may have specific numbers or availability. Currently, the Tee Off Fantasy Golf Contest will have the availability of 40 additional trades for purchase. They will be available after July 18, 2008. Further information on upcoming contests will be posted in the Register NOW section and on the Fantasy Games pages of this website.

6. CI Fantasy Sports does not list nor award the weekly or grand prizes for all our hosts (except for CI Fantasy Sports Online Only contests). Therefore it is the responsibility of the Host to post the prize awards in the media, publication , by email, by phone of their choice. Hosts are responsible for all prizing description and verification of awards, and this information may not be readily available from CI Fantasy Sports. please contact your specific hosts for their prizing awards, pricing descriptions , and prize announcements, and prize claim instructions.
